Welcome to KindScape LLC. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

We provide seasonal pumpkin delivery and decorative design services within our defined delivery area in the greater Charleston, SC region. Availability of specific products and designs may vary based on seasonal supply.

2. Orders and Payment

  • All orders must be placed through our online store.
  • Payment is required at the time of checkout.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment options listed at checkout.

3. Delivery

  • Deliveries are limited to designated zip codes within our service area.
  • Delivery dates and times will be confirmed after order.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. We are not liable for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours after checkout for a full refund.
  • Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before order delivery for a 50% refund on all good and services.
  • Orders canceled less than 48 hours before order delivery will not be refunded.
  • Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of our products, refunds are not available once delivery has been made.
  • If your items arrive damaged or are incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution.

5. Property Access

By placing an order, you grant us permission to place pumpkins, hay bales, and decor at your delivery location (e.g., porch, front yard, or designated area).

6. Liability

KindScape LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, and/or other issues arising from or related to the use, handling, and/or placement of pumpkins, décor items, and/or other materials provided. All items are delivered “as is,” and the customer assumes full responsibility for their care and maintenance after delivery.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
